Feature 1: Breath & Brain

Worried about the world? Feeling fretful? Mind racing all over the place? Heart pounding? Shortage of breath? In a bit of a state? Allow yourself the space and time for a “breather”

Find yourself a suitable space where you can be relaxed and comfortable. Be on a cushion if it makes you feel good. Then click on the button at the bottom of the page and download the document.

Feature 2 Technical Tuesdays.

Sometimes it is nice to have a session where, after mobilising the body and get the head in the right frame of mind, all you do is one asana posture. Exploring the range of variations and taking time to become mindful of the minutia, getting the intricate technicalities right and isolating the active muscles…instead of rushing through asanas and using momentum to get into, through and out of poses! Have a day where you only focus on one asana! Click on the button at the bottom of the page and download the document.

Feature 3 Make a start … by starting simple and simply starting!

Recovering from isolation & social distancing or trying to find some rest bite from the working day? Then a yoga-esque start to the day might be a solution. Micro movements, half and quarter moves, simple small actions and a basic walk in the wild can all be yoga! Moves do not always have to be big and expansive … lots of small actions in lots of different places can do you a lot of good! Click on the button at the bottom of the page and download the document.
