To start turn up. You don’t need a mat (the centre facilitates this) and go at a pace that suits you (stop and watch, or, take a rest pose for a short while and then rejoin the proceedings)!
Participate
Your decision to involve yourself is the first step. The next is to find a path that suits you at this moment, and to accomplish this you might need to explore a variety of alternatives.
